There’s something especially meaningful about celebrating Mother’s Day when your business exists because of a mother’s love, sacrifice, and leap of faith.
Long before Haley’s Heritage became what it is today, it started with a Mama who simply wanted to be more present for her children.
Over 25 years ago, my mother walked away from the corporate world with nothing more than a vision, a pickup truck, a cordless drill, and a determination to build a life that allowed her to both provide for her family, and be there for the moments that mattered most.
She started this business one home at a time- One relationship at a time- One window at a time.
There was no giant showroom- No big corporate backing- No shortcuts.
Just hard work, integrity, grit, late nights, prayer, and a heart for people.
What she built became so much bigger than blinds, shades, and shutters. She built trust. She built relationships. She built a legacy rooted in family, service, and the belief that treating people well will always matter.
And now, getting to help carry that legacy forward alongside my own family feels incredibly special.
So today, we celebrate the woman behind the foundation of Haley’s Heritage — my Mama. Thank you for showing us what strength, perseverance, grace, and entrepreneurship look like. Thank you for proving that businesses can be built with heart.
And to all of the mothers out there — whether you’re raising babies, grown children, businesses, dreams, or all of the above — we see you. The love, sacrifice, and work you pour into your families and your futures matter more than words can say.
